1. How much will the products cost?
Answer: The product pricing is available on the Compensation page of the website.


2. Can eeFuel® save me money?
Answer: Yes, eeFuel® can pay for itself and more. With today's high price of fuel, $1 worth of eeFuel® can save up to $2~$3, or more in fuel costs. eeFuel® also extends the life of engine oil and reduces maintenance costs.


3. Do you add eeFuel® to the oil?
Answer: No, eeFuel® is only added to the fuel. It will not hurt the oil, you would simply be wasting it.


4. Does the UV rays from the sun adversely affect eeFuel®?
Answer: No. Exposure to the sun makes absolutely no difference to the efficacy of eeFuel®.


5. How do I use eeFuel®?
Answer: eeFuel® comes in bottles designed to help you easily measure out the correct amount for each treatment. Since eeFuel® is super-concentrated, only a small amount is needed each time.

Simply add the specified amount directly to the fuel tank before refueling. It can also be added directly into bulk fuel storage tanks immediately before refilling the storage tank. eeFuell® liquid nanotechnology will do the rest; there is no mixing required and no need to make adjustment to the engine or equipment. Recommended dose: 8ml for 10 gallons or 10 ml for 50 liters.


6. How does eeFuel® work?
Answer: One of the major problems that engine designers face is how to vaporize all of the fuel and then efficiently mix that fuel vapor with exactly the correct ratio of air, all in the very short time available during the engine intake/compression stroke. eeFuel® technology uses exploding nano-clusters to easily achieve what engine designers have always found very difficult.


7. Is eeFuel® registered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency?
Answer: eeFuel®· additive has been registered with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) since 1990. Oil additives are not required to register with the USEPA


8. Is it easy to use eeFuel®?
Answer: Yes, very easy. eeFuel® comes in bottles designed to help you easily measure out the correct amount for each treatment. Since NanoTech eeFuel® product is super-concentrated, only a small amount is needed each time.

To use eeFuel®, simply add 8ml per 10 gallons of fuel, directly into your tank before refueling. eeFuel® can also be added directly into bulk fuel storage tanks immediately before refilling the storage tank.

If you are adding eeFuel® to a partially filled tank and are not sure how much gas it will take, simply fill your tank to the first "click" at the pump, calculate how much eeFuel® to add based on the amount of fuel used, add the eeFuel®, and then continue to pump until the next "click". This will push the small amount of eeFuel® fully into your tank.


9. What makes eeFuel® different from other fuel or engine oil additives on the market?
Answer: eeFuel® liquid nanotechnology fuel separates it from all the other oil additives on the market today. Unlike other conventional additives (such as octane boosters, fuel injector cleaners, engine oil friction improver, etc. which are primarily designed to correct a specific problem), the eeFuel® product is a multi-functional enhancer that simultaneously provides diverse benefits - such as improving fuel economy, boosting power, reducing emissions, cleaning combustion chamber deposits, removing piston ring deposits, and protecting equipment.


10. Who can benefit from using eeFuel®?
Answer: eeFuel® can benefit anyone who operates equipment that burns petroleum-based liquid fuels and anyone who desires to save fuel, reduce maintenance costs, prolong equipment life, fight global warming, and protect the environment. In other words, everyone who owns or operates motorcycles, cars, trucks, trains, tractors, boats, power generators, etc. can benefit from using eeFuel®.


11. Why does the color change slightly over time, while in the bottle.
Answer: As with many products, when exposed to the UV rays from the sun, eeFuel® will change slightly in color to a deeper amber shade, giving eeFuel® a nice golden look.


12. Will commercial size containers of product be available?
Answer: Yes. However, the distributor size product is what we will launch with. Once all systems are in place and distributors have their product, we will announce commercial size containers.


13. Will using eeFuel® void my vehicle warranty?
Answer: No, using eeFuel® will not void your vehicle warranty.

MAGNUSON MOSS WARRANTY ACT
US Code - Title 15, Chapter 50, Sections 2301-2312
Legally, a vehicle manufacturer can not void the warranty on a vehicle due to an aftermarket part unless they can prove that the aftermarket part caused or contributed to the failure in the vehicle (per the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. 2302(C)). For best results, consider working with performance-oriented dealerships with a proven history of working with customers. If your vehicle manufacturer fails to honor emission/warranty claims, contact EPA at (202) 260-2080 or www.epa.gov. If federal warranty protection is denied, contact the FTC at (202) 326-3128 or www.ftc.gov.

14. How do I return product?

For full details see Sections 7.3 and 7.4 of our Policies & Procedures.


The following procedures apply to all returns for refund, repurchase, or exchange:

i.         All merchandise must be returned by the Distributor or customer who purchased it directly from Fuel Legacy International.

ii.       All products to be returned must have the Order Number appearing on the packing slip written on each carton returned.

iii.      The return is accompanied by:

o       the Fuel Legacy International Return Form that is located on Fuel Legacy International’s corporate website:

o       the unopened portion of the product in its original container.

iv.     Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the product(s) being returned for replacement, and the best and most economical means of shipping is suggested.  All returns must be shipped to Fuel Legacy International shipping pre-paid.  Fuel Legacy International does not accept shipping-collect packages.  The risk of loss in shipping for returned product shall be on the Distributor.  If returned product is not received by the Company’s Distribution Center, it is the responsibility of the Distributor to trace the shipment.

15. How do I change the binary placement from left to right?
Answer: Login to your Virtual Office, go to Profile / Preferred Placement and make your selection.

Left Only: All members go down the left leg to the outside
Right Only: All member go down the right leg to the outside
Smart Choice: All members go down the leg with the least volume.

16. I have used eeFuel® for 5 tanks and nothing is happening, what can I do? Most vehicles respond well at 10 ml treats 13 gallons, but some vehicles may require a special dose ratio. Try reducing the dose to 10 ml treats 20 gallons for three tanks. If this does not work, try 10 ml treats 8 gallons for three tanks. If still no response then yours may be one of the very few vehicles that do not respond to using eeFuel®. However you will still be receiving all the other valuable positive effects of eeFuel®.
 

17. My vehicle uses premium gas, will eeFuel® allow me to use regular?

Probably; but you must first continue to use premium fuel dosed with eeFuel® for at least 3 to 5 tanks. Then try switching to mid-grade for 1 tank. If the engine still runs smoothly and mileage continues to improve, then try switching to regular for 1 tank. However, if at any time the engine runs rough and the mileage suffers, then immediately return to the higher grade fuel for a few more tanks.

OPPORTUNITY FAQ's

1. What if I don't have a sponsor?
Answer: If you do not have a sponsor, do a Google search for "fuellegacy" and you will be able to find one.


2. Can I change my username? If so how?
Answer: Simply login to your Virtual Office and edit your profile. Change it there and click Save Changes at the bottom. If the new username you chose is available, it will be in the box. If not, you will see the following error message "Please enter required field - Replicated Site Text"


3. How do I know if my order went through?
Answer: Login to your Virtual Office and go to My Orders.


4. I'm not getting company emails anymore, and all my settings in the mail options are correct, what happened?
Answer: It is possible that your emails have ended up in a JUNK or BULK email folder on your system check there for them. Also, each email that is sent out is copied to the NEWS section of the website as a backup for you.


5. How do I submit a support ticket?
Answer: Login to your Virtual Office and go to Profile / Start a New Ticket.


6. Why can't I see a new member in the Binary viewer?
Answer: If you cannot see a new member in the Binary viewer, it is likely they enrolled as a customer. Customers are not placed in the binary, and will not be visible as such. Have the new member confirm their status, and submit a support ticket requesting to have their status changed to a distributor. They will be positioned down the outside of the sponsors short leg. If that member has sponsored any other members when they had customer status, those people will also be moved along with them in the order and position they enrolled.
